Release Notes - patientNOW Version 7.0.203

New Products and Functionality

  • Vitamins and Supplements Tab
    • This new tab in Patients | Clinical Information not only allows you to document the supplements that the patient is taking, but will also allow you to integrate with FullScripts.
    • Improvements coming in next release (March 2021):
      • Link fields to drop this information into your note.
      • Recommended vs. Active status

  • New CreditCardNOW Vendor and Integration

    • The Payrix integration is now fully available.
  • Corporate Access or Multi-Location Single Logon
    • This new functionality allows corporate office or call center users to toggle between practices without completely exiting patientNOW.
    • This must be set up individually for each user by Patient Now staff.
    • Warning: the username and password you are requesting MUST exist and be identical in all of the practices requested.
    • To initiate setup, send an email requesting a single logon with the following information to support@patientnow.com.
      • First and Last Name of User
      • Desired username
      • Desired password
      • List of Practice names desired for single logon
    • Once it is configured, you will see this button at the top of the patientNOW screen on the Blue ID Bar.
  • New Report: Utilization
    • Found in Back Office |Reports / Analysis, Scheduling Tab, this new report lets you see the % utilization for both past and future date ranges.
    • Utilization is defined as Schedule Fill % (e.g. if you are open for 8 hours and there are 6 hours scheduled, you are at 75% utilization)

Enhanced Functionality

  • Care Credit Configuration
    • You may now self-configure Care Credit and configure multiple MIDs based on Provider and Facility combinations.

Bug Fixes

  • Invoices
    • Editing a payment on a gift card that is not paid in full no longer increases the amount of the gift card incorrectly.
  • Photos
    • You may now multi-select photos for deletion.
  • Back Office, Reports/Analysis
    • Appointments with Contact info now shows Office Appointments correctly.
